She has mastered professional training in assisting students on the autism spectrum by using mindfulness in therapy practice, and psychopharmacology for therapists. Sally enjoys working with young adult and adult clients and is especially passionate about working with couples. As a skilled group facilitator, she has routinely presented on mediation and conflict resolution, beginning a mediation practice and self-care & stress management for busy professionals. Sally’s philosophy is to quickly assess and work with individual/couple strengths to achieve their goals. Problems are addressed with a positive focus on what currently works in the client system and builds on existing skills while teaching new skills for being in relationship. Sally has a love of yoga and follows a personal meditation practice. Having seen the positive impact these practices have had on her own life, she seeks to encourage clients to utilize similar skills to bring peace to mind, body, and soul and to their relationships.
