Getting to know Sally Ruocco Mcdonald

Sally has been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for over 20 years. She began her career as a substance abuse counselor at one of Seafield’s outpatient clinics where she completed inpatient and outpatient assessments. She ran group therapy and individual sessions as well as developing co-dependency clinics for family members. She moved on from Seafield after about 10 years and began working for Catholic Charities working with all types of mental health issues including, mental health therapy, housing community outreach and legal issues. She left Catholic Charities to work for the Crime Victim Center to advocate for trauma victims of crime as well as individual therapy sessions. She is currently offering mental health teletherapy sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for individual, family and couples counseling. Sally has worked with every age of client from age 4 to 90, Due to teletherapy as her main method of practice she is currently only seeing clients from age 14 to 90.
