I’m a queer, nonbinary, Chinese American, international, and transracial adoptee who has grown up in WA state. I received my Bachelor’s in Social Work at The University of Portland and my Master’s in Clinical Social Work at the University of Washington. I’ve worked in community mental health for five years. I strive to acknowledge and actively challenge how power, privilege, and systemic injustice impact us. I feel honored and energized to be practicing in the place I choose to call home! My approach I understand that you are the person who knows your story and feelings the closest. I use a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centered approach in our work together. A non-judgmental, empathetic, and warm presence. My focus Are you interested in getting to know yourself on a deeper level? To question and explore your wants, beliefs, and values? I will meet you where you're at and provide support and interventions based on your individualized wants, interests, and needs.
