During our sessions we will look at the thoughts shaping your reactions and build more useful responses in their place. We'll also spend time understanding where those patterns came from, because knowing the roots makes them easier to change. Sessions feel focused and never rushed.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Every plan is built around your specific goals, what matters most to you, at a pace that feels right. Together as a team, we'll explore patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and discover healthier ways of responding so you can feel more in control and better about yourself. My hope is that you'll begin to see progress and feel empowered to make the changes you're looking to make. Cancellation Policy: $75 per session cancelled within 24 hours
