My approach While I typically use a variety of approaches, I tend to take a solution-focused, CBT approach combined with talk therapy, and place a large emphasis on creating a judgement-free, safe space for clients. My focus I work with individuals across the lifespan, but particularly enjoys working with adolescents and young adults, as well as individuals of all ages on the autism spectrum and those with intellectual & developmental disabilities (I/DDs). My communication style I place a heavy emphasis on ensuring rapport is built in the therapeutic relationship and that you as a client are comfortable.
