She is a great listener and offers great insight and perspective, I have learned a lot of great strategies to cope with my anxiety from my sessions with her and have really noticed an improvement in my overall mental health over the last year and half that I have been seeing her. I never feel pressured to schedule a visit but I have also always felt very listened to and respected. I have taken months off from therapy and came back and been so happy to see how much she remembers about me and she’s always shown support and interest in improving my mental health. I can’t say enough great things about her! ”
