I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Miami, Florida, and I work with young adults trying to navigate relationship stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Whether you're feeling anxious, down, or just disconnected from yourself or others, I’m here to help you make sense of it all in a way that feels real and manageable.
I offer virtual therapy across Florida, so you can show up from wherever you are—emotionally or literally. My vibe is warm, honest, and collaborative. We’ll dig into patterns, figure out what’s working (and what’s not), and build better ways to take care of yourself and your relationships.
Heads up: my four pets (two dogs and two cats) might crash a session or two. Outside of work, I’m learning piano (slowly but surely) and love traveling to catch up with friends.
