Getting to know Samantha Duranti
Are you struggling in your relationships? Maybe disruptive behavior is making it difficult to connect with your teenager. Maybe you are struggling in your relationship with your partner or even in the relationship you have with yourself.
Hi! I’m Samantha and I work together with my clients, to find realistic and creative solutions to the struggles they are facing. I enjoy drawing on the strengths of my clients and being a part of their journey of making the changes they want in their lives.
Over the last 12 years, I’ve helped my clients with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors, supporting individuals and families living with autism spectrum disorder and improving social skills. I do my work under the umbrella of the family systems approach. Knowing that therapy is not a one size fits all, I employ the use of play therapy, CBT, psychodynamic, structural family therapy, solution-focused, narrative and attachment-based therapy.

What should a new client know about working with you?
During our first session together you can expect that we will discuss the structure of future sessions and course of therapy. We will explore more deeply the reasons that you are entering into therapy in order to arrive at the goals we will work on in our next sessions.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
