I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who began my professional journey after earning my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Adelphi University in 2020. Learning as I went, the Covid-19 pandemic was a real-world experience that only deepened my commitment to helping others find stability and support through life’s challenges. My experience spans hospital, community, agency, school, and private practice settings, where I've facilitated many individual, group, and family psychotherapy sessions. My approach is rooted in warmth, respect, and collaboration, with the goal of creating a space that feels both safe and empowering. I have experience helping clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, chronic stress, life transitions, and much more. I'm always hoping clients will leave their time with me feeling as if they have developed a new set of tools to navigate the world and build towards a brighter, more balanced future.

What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: not accepting Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by personal experiences, having witnessed those closest to me face their own struggles. These moments formed and deepened my commitment to better understand human behavior, sociology, and psychology. This passion allows me to mix evidence-based treatments along with authenticity and compassion so you know you are never alone.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Working together feels like having a trusted friend on your side—one who is safe, encouraging, and even a little lighthearted. I take a warm, validating, and genuine approach, incorporating a mix of Mindfulness and psychoeducation to help you feel understood and empowered. At all times, I believe in empathy and respect, as I see therapy as a collaborative process. Together, we’ll work to better understand challenges, explore new perspectives, and create steps toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
