I use reflective listening to create safe communication so you know you are being heard and I have clear understanding. I approach challenges in a curious manner so that it is a collaboration rather than opposition. My journey to mental healthcare I began receiving counseling myself and was able to work through issues I could not seem to get past. To this day I see a therapist to help me navigate areas of growth and process difficult things. Due to my personal and professional experiences, I know therapy can have a profound impact. My goals for you Initially, we will create an outline of the impact of symptoms and concerns. We will discuss goals you would like to achieve during therapy and determine who your supporters are. Then we will discuss a broad picture of dreaming and what the end result could be.
