Hi, I'm Samantha! I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and families, and also support adults navigating a wide range of life challenges. with a background spanning multiple levels of behavioral health care - from intake through discharge - I bring a well-rounded understanding of what meaningful support looks like at every stage. I'm certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and draw on CBT and Family Systems Therapy to tailor my approach to each person I work with. Whether you're processing anxiety, depression, past trauma, managing family conflict, or moving through a difficult life transition, I'm here to help you build toward your goals

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with families and children collaboratively and individually to address any vulnerabilities they feel are hindering them from functioning at a level they're comfortable with. Together we will identify triggers and learn to implement interventions at your comfort level. Expect to feel safe, seen, heard and met with empathy as a sturdy therapeutic rapport is important to me. I will be transparent and show up authentically to every session

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
