Hi, I'm Samantha! I work with adults and teens who are navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions—basically, all the stuff no one really prepares you for. I also work with clients who may feel strong in their faith, disconnected from it, or somewhere in between and want to explore more. You might feel stuck in your own head—overthinking everything while trying to keep it all together. Or maybe it’s the opposite. Everything feels flat, unmotivated and exhausting. Maybe things in your life are changing and you're not sure where you fit anymore. I have over eight years of experience helping adults and teens make sense of what they're going through—especially during the times in life that feel confusing, overwhelming, or just really heavy. I'm licensed in both NJ and PA.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I use a Person-Centered approach to grow a genuine trusting relationship and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to put a stop to automatic thoughts and reactivity. This is a space where you can be honest, figure things out at your own pace, and not feel judged or “analyzed.” Just real conversations that actually help.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We’ll work together to reduce the worries, build self-esteem and truly heal from past experiences so that you feel confident about your next steps. The goal is for you to feel more like yourself again. We’ll do this at your pace—no pressure, no expectations to have it all figured out. Let's talk about it!
