With over 15 years of experience working with young adults, adults, and families, I've witnessed the resilience and strength that lies within each individual. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Memphis, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support clients effectively. My practice is dedicated to empowering clients facing a range of challenges, including coping with depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, OCD, life transitions, postpartum, divorce, and trauma.
