What is your typical process for working with clients?
Therapy is for absolutely everyone! Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, major life changes, or just need a ear, therapy can truly transform your experience.
I’m passionate normalizing mental health as a vital form of preventive care! Everyone deserves a vibrant space to express themselves, boost self-awareness, dive into exciting conversations, and take a moment to gain fresh insights and perspectives.
I offer 15 minute consultations to determine if I'm the right therapist for you. If you wish to schedule a therapy appointment after our consultation, we will pick a date and time that works for you, send you the required paperwork to begin your journey, and I will send you reminders about your upcoming appointment. You can choose to have a consistent day and time or we can make appointments based on mutual availability. I do require 24 hour cancellation and scheduling.

I enjoy my time with Samantha on a monthly basis. She is helping me keep my anxiety under control and helping me navigate through boundaries and coping. She’s easy to talk to, a great listener and overall just makes me feel comfortable and safe. I highly recommend her if you are in search of a therapist!
