I love working with people who are feeling the weight of anxiety or depression and are ready to take steps toward change. My ideal clients are motivated to create a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and connected. In our work together, we focus on managing symptoms, building confidence, learning to speak up for yourself, and strengthening your relationships. I believe therapy doesnât have to be all serious all the timeâfinding moments of fun, lightness, and even laughter along the way can make the process that much more meaningful. With over 10 years of experience, I specialize in helping people work through anxiety, depression, and other mood concerns. I often use CBT and ACT to support clients in reaching their goalsâfocusing on challenging unhelpful thoughts, building effective coping skills for inthemoment stress, and making it easier to process emotions. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel like a tough choiceâbut itâs also one of the most powerful ones you can make for yourself. You are worth the effort, the time, and the care it takes to feel better and build the life you want. Iâll be here to walk alongside you, offering support and guidance as you navigate the ups and downs of the process.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
