Many of my clients are accomplished, high-achieving women who have built successful careers, relationships, and lives, yet internally feel anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves. They've often spent years in therapy or personal development, understand why they think and feel the way they do, yet continue repeating the same patterns. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in helping women move beyond insight and into lasting transformation. My work is rooted in the belief that anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, people-pleasing, and relationship struggles often develop as adaptive responses to stress, trauma, and life experiences. Rather than focusing solely on symptom management, we work together to understand and heal the patterns keeping you stuck.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and personalized. I combine evidence-based psychotherapy with nervous system regulation, attachment-focused therapy, somatic interventions, mindfulness, and coaching strategies to support meaningful, lasting change. Every session is thoughtfully tailored to your goals, values, and unique experiences.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I believe healing is about more than reducing symptoms—it's about building emotional resilience, healthier relationships, greater self-trust, and a deeper sense of peace. Together, we'll create a space where you can process what's holding you back, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
