I work with teens, adolescents, adults, and seniors dealing with anxiety, OCD, trauma, and relationship and attachment issues. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY Old Westbury and have specialized certifications in the treatment of anxiety and trauma. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, utilizing several methods depending on your needs. I incorporate psychodynamic, CBT, motivational interviewing, attachment, and trauma-informed practices to provide you with tools to alleviate symptoms. Therapy is inherently a collaborative process. Whether you're focusing on managing specific symptoms, delving into past trauma, building self-assertion, establishing boundaries, or enhancing communication skills, my role as your therapist is to support your self-exploration and guide you through each phase of your therapeutic journey.
