What is your typical process for working with clients?

The appointment time you reserve through Zocdoc is for a free 15-minute consultation. This brief call gives us a chance to understand what you’re hoping for, answer initial questions, and determine whether working together feels like a good clinical fit. If we mutually agree to move forward, a full therapy session will be scheduled at a later time. Prior to your first full session, you’ll receive intake and consent forms through our secure client portal (SimplePractice). Completing these forms in advance helps ensure your session can be used fully and effectively. Appointments will be cancelled if intake paperwork is not completed before the scheduled session. Our goal is to offer thoughtful, well-paced care from the very beginning, and clear preparation helps support that process.
