I booked a video call and followed all the steps through Zocdoc to prepare for my meeting. Once It was time for meeting I never received a link or anyway to speak with the therapist. I had to call the office and they were unaware of my meeting and said nothing we can do about It.

This is for the staff specifically. Communication was awful. Didn't call about rescheduling like I was told they would. When I went in, they rescheduled me for a day and time without telling me she wouldn't be available the next 2 weeks for that time. I found out a day before the appointment. Additionally, the lady that called to tell me my scheduled time would be unavailable for two weeks had a horrible, snarky attitude that felt extremely condescending. I had a 5pm appointment and she told me "Could you change to a different time? We usually reserve 5pm for kids." So was the point to guilt trip me into choosing a different time? Why would a THERAPISTS office say that? I chose 5pm because thats when I get off work. No, I can't do 1pm in the middle of my work day. Overall just an unpleasant experience. I feel bad for the therapist because I wasn't able to really get my visit with her, but i'm looking elsewhere.
