Samantha Seagreaves, LPC

Psychotherapist
PA
I provide therapy that helps both teenagers and adults feel heard, respected, and understood. For teens, I offer a supportive space to explore school stress, friendships, family expectations, and identity development. Adolescence can be confusing and overwhelming, and having a nonjudgmental place to talk can make a meaningful difference in confidence, emotional regulation, and decision‑making. With adults, my work focuses on the layered realities of everyday life — responsibilities, relationships, work demands, and the emotional weight that comes with trying to “do it all.” I help clients untangle what’s contributing to their stress, understand their emotional patterns, and build healthier, more sustainable ways to move forward. My approach is warm, steady, and practical. I help clients make sense of their experiences, reconnect with their strengths, and explore what needs to shift. I am committed to LGBTQ+ affirming care and strive to create a safe, inclusive environment where people can explore identity, relationships, and personal experiences at their own pace.

What should a new client know about working with you?

When we first meet, we’ll spend time getting comfortable with each other and talking about the experiences that led you to seek support. As we build trust, you can expect to feel more confident handling stress and more grounded in yourself. We’ll work together to set goals, learn practical ways to cope with tough moments, and understand yourself on a deeper level. Therapy with me is a team effort. I’m here to support you, to gently challenge you when it’s helpful, and to walk with you through the ups and downs as you grow and heal.
