I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who cares about the soul. I take pride in supporting individuals - young or old as they transition through their life span. My work integrates Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and other modalities to help bring awareness and understanding of the behaviors influenced by your past and present familial interactions and how they impact your current interpersonal relationships. My space offers safe, self-reflection and compassionate care. In our first session together, here's what you can expect While my free 15 minute consultation offers provides for a time for me to answer your questions about my practice, it also gives you the opportunity to gauge whether I'm a good fit for you. However, our first session is about getting to know one another. I generally start sessions with 'how are you feeling' to meet you where they are and to better support you throughout the session. We will also identify goals and objectives while reviewing assessments and intake information. I often provided psychoeducation around assessments and any therapeutic approach I provide during the session, usually, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and offer a skill that can be used in any situation. If Christian counseling is desired to be incorporated, then biblical references/implications and prayer will be occur. You will leave the sessions with self-awareness and a renewed sense of how your thoughts impact your feelings and behaviors. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions I am good with creating strong therapeutic relationships with people within a non-judgmental space. I collaborate and support people with deep self-exploration while using evidence-based modalities and techniques such as with CBT at the same time providing effective skills to cope and promote growth and wholeness. Individuals, couples and families are able to identify growth and reflect on meaningful change weather in thoughts, feelings or behaviors.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
