I also recognize the awkwardness of keeping certain thoughts and experiences hidden to avoid alarming those around you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My passion and expertise lie in working alongside individuals who have experienced trauma in professional capacities, such as law enforcement, military, and first responder careers. We can navigate the unique demands of these professions, address the impacts of trauma, and manage the emotional toll that often accompanies a life of service.
