My experience includes children, adolescents, adults managing life transitions, trauma, stress/anxiety, depression, parents, and families. I often support people struggling with a lack of connection or difficulty finding their purpose. I have worked for many years with individuals who have been incarcerated and are reentering society. I greatly enjoy working with those willing to think outside the box, work as a team, and embrace change. I want to help you access your inner strength with an approach tailored specifically to you. It is not always easy to seek help or commit to a process of self-exploration and self-discovery. I enjoy being part of this journey for individuals willing to invest the time and energy toward improving their lives. If you’re not there yet, I will meet you where you are, and together we will work toward where God intended you to be in life. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals feel supported and cared for as they explore, examine, and challenge themselves to experiment with new ways of thinking about and engaging in their lives. I believe in treating people with love and kindness. “We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us.” I take a strengths-based approach to my work with clients to best meet their needs.
