I have 15 years of experience working with adults and children as an LCSW. I use a variety of approaches to address whatever it is you are looking for. I enjoy learning about others' experiences and allowing you to be in control of your life while building therapeutic relationships. I am just a regular guy working as an everyday therapist. My approach I use an eclectic approach to therapy, which emphasizes being able to draw from various theories, techniques, and skills/strategies to address patients' needs. This allows me to have a variety of tools to use in order to become multidimensional, in order to be able to work with individuals regardless of their needs, as well as their background. Just as research has shown that not everyone learns the same way, this concept can be related to therapy as well, and that not everyone responds to one single approach. Depending on what the patient is looking to address will likely determine what approach is used. And just as issues are ever-changing, this allows for a variety of ways for the treatments to change simultaneously. My focus What's going on in your world is what I am interested in. Whether you're having difficulty with a specific problem, looking to improve in life, or just interested in someone listening to your day-to-day experiences, or anything else, then this is the place. I have had a wide variety of experiences in life, and I enjoy hearing the journeys that others are on. I am ready and willing to work with any patient who is looking for a therapist, regardless of the reason, and will do what I can to build a therapeutic relationship and identify the best tools to use in response to addressing individual patients' needs.
