As a Licensed Therapist, Jungian Life Path Coach, and Wilderness Wellness Guide, I offer a deeply integrative approach to healing that draws from evidence-based therapy, depth psychology, and holistic wellness. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Midwestern State University, which grounds my clinical expertise. My practice, ProjectMendLLC, is founded on the belief that healing is not just about managing symptoms-it's about transformation, reconnection, and finding meaning. I specialize in working with individuals navigating complex trauma, anxiety disorders, OCD, life transitions, and existential concerns. Having personally experienced the challenges of treatment-resistant OCD and undergone advanced interventions, I bring not only clinical knowledge but deep empathy and lived understanding into every session. My therapeutic approach is relational, intuitive, and client-centered, incorporating elements of Jungian psychology, mindfulness, somatic practices, nature-based interventions, and narrative work. Whether we are exploring archetypes, shadow material, or your personal myth, I strive to create a space where all parts of you are welcome. I work with adults of all backgrounds who seek more than symptom relief-they're seeking to reconnect with their inner compass, rediscover purpose, and move toward a life aligned with their deepest values. In addition to virtual therapy, I offer specialized coaching and retreats through my holistic center in Belize, as well as ketamine-assisted psychotherapy-available in person, virtually, through remote care, and as part of holistic retreats.

What should a new client know about working with you?

At ProjectMendLLC, I approach therapy as a journey—one that honors the depth of your story, your wounds, and your potential for healing. My style is intuitive, relational, and grounded in the belief that transformation happens when we feel seen, heard, and supported. I draw from depth-oriented modalities, particularly Jungian psychology, while integrating elements of mindfulness, somatic awareness, and wilderness wellness practices. As a Journey Clinical provider, I also provide ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP). You’ll find that our work together goes beyond symptom relief. I aim to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been forgotten, silenced, or fragmented—whether due to trauma, life transitions, or internal conflict. Together, we explore the unconscious patterns shaping your experiences and invite insight, creativity, and self-compassion into the process. At ProjectMendLLC, therapy is not about band-aid care. It’s a healing relationship built on trust, curiosity, and intentional care. I welcome you exactly as you are—and together, we’ll shape a path forward that feels rooted, meaningful, and yours.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

At ProjectMendLLC, each session is a sacred space designed to meet you where you are. We’ll begin with a grounding check-in—how you’re feeling, what’s present, or any themes that have emerged since our last meeting. Sessions are client-led but gently guided. I may ask questions that invite reflection or offer insights drawn from Jungian, somatic, or narrative perspectives. Depending on your needs and comfort, our work may include exploring dreams, images, or archetypes; practicing mindfulness and body-based awareness; or simply talking through what’s on your heart and mind. You don’t need to prepare anything—just come as you are. This is talk therapy, but deeply experiential in nature. You can expect a space where nothing is too much, too messy, or too complicated. My role is to help you uncover meaning, restore connection to self, and find a path forward that’s in alignment with your true nature. Welcome to the work. Welcome to the journey. Welcome to ProjectMendLLC!
