Nice to meet you! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in counseling children, adolescents, young adults, and families. My core philosophy is having a client-centered approach - making our sessions a place where you feel comfortable, and where your needs and goals are the priority. I adapt my counseling approach based on your feedback and what is working for you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My priority is to help you achieve wellbeing in your relational, emotional, and mental health. Through our sessions, we will develop practical skills and strategies you can apply directly to your everyday life. This can include: reflecting and processing in conversation; developing skills and strategies; finding solutions and problem-solving; CBT, mindfulness, art therapy, etc. I bring my entire toolbox of clinical strategies and approaches, which we adapt to best fits your needs. I look forward to connecting with you on your therapy goals, and how we can achieve them together!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session will be focused on getting to know each other- exploring your concerns, background, and what you'd like to work on in therapy. You can expect me to listen with warmth, attentiveness, and empathy. I want to give you space to share your story, and ask questions in a comfortable and collaborative manner. I look forward to hearing from you.
