Therapy can fit your life! It's no secret that life can be difficult, but life can be especially difficult when done alone. Selecting a therapist is a major step, and I don't take it lightly that you have chosen me. My Integrated approach is customized to each client’s needs. Together, we will work to move you to that place of purpose by gaining positive insights and learning healthy coping strategies. Don't suffer in silence and don't go it alone. My approach to treatment is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I integrate evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a compassionate, person-centered style that helps you feel safe and understood. In our work together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns in a way that promotes insight and personal growth. I’ll help you develop practical tools to manage challenges, while also holding space for the deeper emotional work that supports lasting change. You can expect sessions to be structured yet flexible, where we move at a pace that feels right for you and always stay focused on what’s most important to your healing and well-being.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Have you been struggling with anxious thoughts and self-doubt? If you struggle with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, anger management, child and adolescent behavioral issues, addiction, parenting strategies, or trauma, I am here. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults. Whether you’re working through trauma, building coping skills, or exploring your personal goals, I’ll work with you to create a plan for growth that feels empowering and achievable.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During treatment, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and compassionate space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. My communication style is warm, honest, and collaborative—I aim to meet you where you are while gently challenging you when needed to support growth. I listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, and reflect back what I hear to help deepen your insight and self-awareness. Whether we're exploring difficult emotions or celebrating small wins, I maintain a calm and encouraging tone to help you feel grounded, understood, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
