Based on her experience that there is not a “one-size-fits all” approach, she utilizes an integrative treatment approach in counseling. This includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). When she’s not counseling and facilitating growth and healing with her clients, Sandra enjoys playing board games, collecting coffee mugs, and building Lego sets.
