Getting to know Sandra Belizaire
Hi there,
My name is Sandra. My greatest passion is to come alongside others to help empower them, assist in building self-worth, improve communication in their relationships, and help each client reach their maximum potential in life. I also provide Christian counseling based on Biblical values upon client request.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Southern Adventist University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support my clients effectively. My areas of expertise include (but are not limited to) stress management, relationship issues, anger management, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and personal growth. I use a holistic approach to evaluate each person within their environment, assess their strengths, and provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges.
I utilize an evidence-based therapeutic approach along with compassion and understanding as I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.

What should a new client know about working with you?
I work closely with each client to understand whatever issues they may be facing and the goals they want to achieve. At the end of each session, clients should be empowered to make alternative life-enhancing decisions based on the coping skills and strategies learned in our sessions.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
