I specialize in working with adults and geriatrics who struggle with depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss. We are stronger than the STORM! I help by meeting you where you are, allowing a safe space to share your thoughts and feelings while working with you to regain your happiness and peace. In our first few sessions, you can expect to explore your immediate needs and concerns. My practice is unique because I bring my formal training and lived experiences. I am passionate about this work because it is beneficial and fulfilling as I offer a unique set of skills that allow me to work with people from all walks, especially with the geriatric population and rural Appalachians.
