We can only move forward from here. I am very passionate about the mental health field, which is evident through the care of services that I provide for my clients. I have observed clients move from severe depression to thriving in all areas of their lives. As a therapist, there is nothing more rewarding for me than to see clients live the abundant, peaceful lives they are meant to live.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session is very focused on you and what you would like to talk about and work on. I specialize in trauma and enjoy working with our veterans and anyone who wants relief and healing. I am certified in EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and CPT - Cognitive Processing Therapy. If you are ready to work and make progress in your life, this is the focus of treatment.
