What should a new client know about working with you?

Raíces y Almas Unidas Counseling PLLC is dedicated to providing compassionate, culturally responsive mental health services in English and Spanish. We honor roots, identity, and lived experiences while empowering individuals, couples, and families to heal, strengthen relationships, and grow with resilience, balance, and hope. Together in healing!!!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Sessions are typically 50 minutes long and are offered via secure telehealth. Each session begins with a brief check-in to explore how you’ve been feeling, followed by a conversation focused on your goals, relationships, emotions, and life experiences. Therapy may include building insight, strengthening communication, learning coping skills, and exploring the impact of culture, family, and generational patterns. Sessions are tailored to your needs and may include practical tools you can use outside of therapy. This is a space where you are encouraged to show up as your full self—language, culture, and lived experiences included.
