I work with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief/loss, relationship concerns, co-dependency, alcohol addiction, PTSD, and childhood trauma. My goal is to help you identify and track your integrated belief systems and assist you in finding and forming new ones that create a sense of safety, well-being, and satisfaction. My approach to therapy is practical and action-oriented. I believe in the importance of setting goals and practicing between sessions to create tangible changes that you can feel. However, I also understand that we can be very self-critical. That's why I strongly advocate for self-compassion and mercy towards ourselves. After all, most of the time, we are doing the best we can with what we know in this crazy world. I would be delighted and honored to work with you on your journey towards healing and growth.
