Life is beautiful and challenging, but I've found that my clients benefit from understanding the reasons behind our actions, learning practical skills that may not come naturally, and altering our approach to change, which can either make or break us. I utilize various techniques to address depression, mood disorders, fear, phobias, trauma, and anxiety. A combination of holistic methods incorporating the mind, body, and spirit has proven effective.
