Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Bachelor's degree in Integrative Studies from Arizona State University, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Messiah University. In addition to clinical training and experience, I bring more than 15 years of experience working in the wellness field, offering a holistic perspective that integrates mind and body in the healing process. I will provide a warm, and supportive environment where clients can explore challenges and work toward meaningful change. I believe in meeting clients where they are and moving at a pace that feels comfortable while helping them build insight, resilience, and confidence. I have experience working with individuals ranging in age, who have faced anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder. My goal is to offer a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to supporting clients in their identity, relationships, and personal growth without fear or judgment. My approach to therapy is eclectic and tailored to each client’s needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, being active, and attending live music events.
