I enjoy working with individuals who want to continue growing and developing their relationships with others. It isn't always easy to deal with family issues or other relationship issues in these changing times. As a therapist I am here to support your journey and your struggles as you seek self-fulfillment and understanding. I want to work together with you, the client, in establishing your personal goals and achieving your aspirations.
What should a new client know about working with you?
As an Asian American woman I can understand and relate to how this society treats marginalized people. I am sensitive to issues of race, inequality and feelings of inadequacy. I am a good listener and I can assist people in articulating their needs and wants.
I am an open minded and caring individual. I have worked with many diverse groups of people and am also fluent in Spanish. I try to my best ability to be sensitive to cultural differences and practices while at the same time understanding how to navigate in this complicated world. I love working with children, adults and families.
