Hi, I'm Sandra, a licensed therapist and specialist for OCD & Anxiety. I saw my first case of "Pure O" in 2005. Since then, I have been passionate about helping clients recover from OCD and Anxiety disorders. I have been trained by the International OCD Foundation and opened my private practice in 2007. OCD and anxiety disorders are highly treatable with specific types of therapy modalities such as ERP, CBT and ACT. I may use supplemental treatments such as Rumination-Focused ERP, Hypnotherapy and Mega Cognitive Therapy based on individual needs. What I know is that it is hard to treat OCD on your own. OCD and anxiety need to be saturated in order to dismantle the disorder. Using this approach often reduces the time of treatment and you can get better, faster. Seeing a private specialist who can provide more personalized care helps you to level up your treatment. In the long run, you can save time and money.
