She earned her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Colorado. Sandra treats patients between the ages of 11 and 64 utilizing Person Centered, Gestalt, Emotion Focused Individual Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. She strives to create not only a safe space where patients can explore their presenting concerns but also a brave space where they can practice new ways of feeling, thinking, and behaving. Prior to obtaining licensure, Sandra worked in the mental health field for nearly ten years across multiple levels of patient care, including private practice, TMS, day programs, residential facilities, crisis centers, and inpatient hospitals, serving patients of all ages and socioeconomic backgrounds. In her free time, Sandra enjoys spending time with her family, friends, plants, and animals, dancing whenever possible, and adventuring outdoors.
