I am a License Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) licensed in Maryland, District of Columbia and Delaware and have been working in the field for 19 years. I have been working as a social worker and therapist with adults 18-100 years old, veterans, couples, and families of all backgrounds. My experience spans mental health, substance abuse, individual, couples therapy, family therapy and education. I have master's degree in social work and master's degree in special education. I have been working with one of the most vulnerable populations our nations heroes' veterans and their families who have experienced trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, military sexual trauma, suicidal ideation, socioeconomic problems and other health issues. I am also professionally trained in strategies to help clients to help them live successful and fulfilling life. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
