With a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Trinity International School, my approach provides unique ways to identify the changes you want to embrace and assists you in tapping into your inner strength. My intrinsic style is a genuine humanistic approach, and I encourage clients to take advantage of their ideas through individual reorientation. I want my clients to visualize that their therapist has a big flashlight, helping them navigate their potential to achieve a more balanced approach in everyday life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I want my client's overall takeaway from sessions with me is that therapy can be challenging. The client will take steps to have a "You to You relationship" where they will find knowledge toward healing. Still, they will work on having a healthier relationship with themselves to continue their life journey and challenges. Overall, the client and I will work collaboratively to help them navigate to unlock things they know they are looking for.
