I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Tennessee. After completing my training at the University of Florida, I began practicing psychotherapy. My approach to counseling includes strength-based counseling, insight-oriented therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I have a specialty in working with people with chronic illness, disability and anxiety disorders. I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life. I’m passionate about helping people develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and clarity. In my free time, I enjoy time with friends, traveling, SCUBA diving and spending time with my dog, Cubby.
