As a bilingual therapist I specialize in supporting people who want to heal from trauma and break free from cycles that no longer serve them. I offer therapy for individuals and families, drawing on CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based approaches. Together, we’ll focus on building self-understanding and tools for lasting change. Whether in English or Spanish, I provide a compassionate, culturally sensitive space where healing and empowerment are possible. Starting therapy takes courage, and I honor every step you take.
