I am a Licensed Social Worker dedicated to helping preteens, adolescents, adults, and families navigate life’s toughest emotional and behavioral challenges, including severe anxiety, depression, grief, substance use, and complex parent-child conflicts. Guided by the belief that mental health is just as vital as physical health and that everyone deserves a strong support system, I draw from my clinical background across outpatient, acute care, partial hospitalization (PHP), and residential treatment settings to offer a grounded, safe environment where you can process painful feelings, overcome stigma, and build lasting emotional strength.

Working with me means entering a therapeutic relationship built on fairness, transparency, compassion, and radical honesty. Once we establish a strong foundation of trust, you can expect to be respectfully challenged and held accountable, because true growth often requires stepping outside your comfort zone to break harmful patterns. While that process can feel uncomfortable at times, every challenge is designed for your long-term betterment, and you will always have my unwavering, nonjudgmental support every step of the way.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Our work begins by getting to know one another, reviewing your background, and laying out clear expectations for your therapeutic journey. As our relationship grows stronger, we develop deeper insight into your specific patterns and goals, allowing us to collaboratively unlearn unhelpful behaviors, address core concerns, and track your progress. Throughout this process, I provide consistent guidance and structured accountability to ensure you feel empowered, safe, and never alone in your healing.

She seemed knowledgeable but I was extremely distracted by the video quality, background noise, lighting etc. not professional at all. It made me not want to continue sessions, even though I did like her.

I tried giving Ms. Sandra Turner a chance, but am unhappy with the lack of support provided. The discussion during the sessions come from a generated list of questions and not genuine. She has also promised helpful forms twice and none have been provided. You can tell when a person is paying attention and she definitely was not.
