Getting to know Sara Chana Weinberger

My name is Sara Chana, and I love supporting clients in becoming the best version of themselves. I understand that life can bring many hurdles along the way, such as trauma, relationship stressors, and anxiety, to just name a few. The good news, I have learned, is that there are just as many possible paths to healing and wholeness. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Yeshiva University and a Bachelor's degree from Thomas Edison State University. In our work together, I will get to know your unique strengths and struggles and draw on my varied experience to co-create your unique healing path.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My curiosity has led me to seek training in EMDR, somatic approaches, life coaching, yoga and more. I am inspired and informed by gestalt psychotherapy, neuropsychology and expressive arts. Above all else, I value and honor the relationship I form with my clients. I'd love to meet you and get to know your story and support you in authoring this next chapter.
