As a collaborative clinician with experience helping patients of all ages, I specialize in guiding individuals ages 12 and up as they navigate conflict, life transitions, bullying, anxiety, identity development, stress, depression, and grief. I am especially passionate about working with the LQBTQ+ population. Through collaboration, empathy, and authenticity, I work alongside you to build personal autonomy and self-reliance.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My journey toward therapeutic care began as a first responder, when I realized the deep need within my community for quality mental health support. Upon leaving that field and becoming a therapist, I used this unique perspective to help improve the lives of those around me and my community as a whole.
