I graduated with a Master’s of Science in Counseling in 2002 studying classical psychotherapy from the world’s most renowned psychotherapists. I have a wide variety of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT and ACT. Additionally, over the last 20 years, I have devoted my studies to Eastern philosophy including somatic therapy, meditation, hypnotherapy, reiki, EFT, and sound therapy. My combined approach of blending traditional classic psychotherapy with Eastern energy has resulted in heart-centered techniques designed to move stagnant energy in your mind and body and thereby remove undesirable symptoms from your life.
