Getting to know Sara Goetz

Over the past 12 years; I have worked with individuals; families; and couples in a variety of capacities; at a hospital; clinic; community behavioral health organization; and within school settings. A big part of my therapy includes looking at my patients holistically for the most effective treatment. I’m also certified in Integrative Wellness and Nutrition for Mental Health. When looking at the patient holistically I can see what treatment modalities will be most effective to help the patient to reflect; identify issues and concerns; and then create goals and action steps to make positive changes in their life.
