Getting to know Sara Gorman

I guide individuals through the complexities of trauma, ADHD, depression, anxiety, LGBTQIA+ identities, BPD, and more, while empowering them to navigate their paths with resilience. With a Master’s in Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University, I work with clients of all ages to create a welcoming and safe environment where they can share their experiences and struggles without fear of judgment. All aspects of "the self" are explored in my practice. I believe that, while remaining HONEST to one's own story, you can raise your vibrational frequency and promote long-lasting healing.

Clients describe me as consistent, warm, direct, and funny! Expect us to build a genuine, professional relationship.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We would meet to do an initial session wherein I gather information for an assessment. I would use the assessment to develop a treatment plan that will address (1) your personal goals and (2) what I think is clinically appropriate. From there, we work collaboratively to address your treatment goals!
