I truly believe that “Shame dies when stories are told in safe places.” I know you have a story—whatever you are dealing with now, be it anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, imposter syndrome, relational issues—it comes with a story. It’s okay not to be okay at times. Do you consider yourself a perfectionist? Have a hard time saying no? Been told you’re too sensitive or care too much? Compulsively take responsibility for others’ needs? Always the caretaker, to the point it affects your daily life? Become more isolated or rely on substances to cope? If yes, consider that your sensitivity is a gift—perhaps disguised in burnout, anxiety, substance use, depression, and other distress. You have the right to be cared for, listened to, and thought worthy of attention. Your dutifulness got you here. You are not broken; the world we live in is. Healing depends on the stories we tell ourselves about who we are. We all have self-talk and intrusive thoughts—the degree varies. We all have unresolved past issues. No one is perfect, though society and social media suggest otherwise. You are not alone. Trauma happens in separation; healing occurs in relation. I am here to offer you that relation. During dark times, there are lights that help us carry through. It may be hard to see now, but positive change is possible. I don’t claim to be that light, but therapy can help you find it. I am here to help. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Alliant International University and am committed to supporting you on your journey toward healing and growth.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
