Hello, I'm Sara, and I'm here to support you through life's many changes. With the passing of time, we all change, and so do our needs and wants within ourselves and our relationships. Increased awareness and clarity of unconscious patterns can provide opportunities to heal old wounds and create new paths towards fulfillment. My goal is to help you navigate these changes with compassion and understanding. I provide therapy (teletherapy) to individual adult clients dealing with general depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with clients on reproductive and maternal mental health, including parenting, pregnancy, postpartum issues, loss and trauma, infertility, and menopausal transition. My focus is on integrating relational therapy, trauma-based therapy, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy. I value a person-centered approach, meeting clients where they are, and providing guidance through a process of change. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an MSW, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our sessions. I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship and strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly.
